Presidential Oaks has recently renovated many of the Licensed Supported Retirement Living units and offers deluxe and expanded rooms within a family style or bed and breakfast environment.
This unique building built in 1932, has one as well as two-bedroom units throughout the two living floors and has various community rooms, family kitchens and a game room, large parlors, and sunrooms.
The main building also has a special auditorium and theater which is still used for special events. The main building has large open front patios overlooking the sprawling landscape and city of Concord.
The main building is attached to the nursing facility, so residents can choose to participate in activity and events and dining. Kitchen areas and laundry is also available. There is private and secure parking available and a separate entrance.
