Our Mission:
Presidential Oaks is committed to providing our residents with a Continuum of Care within a viable, multilevel environment designed to enhance and maintain an optimum quality of life for our community.

For more than 130 years we have been providing affordable and accessible living options for seniors. Originally founded as the New Hampshire Odd Fellows Home in 1883, we remain a licensed, non-profit community dedicated to providing a warm, engaging environment with an emphasis on quality, value and affordability.

History:
Presidential Oaks, known as the New Hampshire Odd Fellows Home when it was founded 1883, is a non-profit retirement community that has been providing affordable, accessible living options to seniors who want to maintain an active, engaged lifestyle for more than 130 years.

We provide a Continuum of Care to meet the changing needs of today's seniors. Our community is a close-knit network of living areas and services that are conveniently located under one roof.
