Childrens Center

The Children’s Center at Presidential Oaks was opened in 1997
to provide superior child care for working parents in and around
Concord. We are a licensed facility and are inspected annually
by the State of New Hampshire.

Open daily from 6:00 am – 6:00 pm, parents are invited to visit their children at any time throughout the day. Parents are asked to provide their children with meals, but we provide regular snacks.

Tuition is reasonable and we offer daily rates for those who may need our services on a drop-in basis. We accept state assistance for those who may be eligible, and sibling discounts are available as well!

Summer Concerts on the Green series returns to Presidential Oaks

6/30/15- Summer is right around the corner and now that the calendar has flipped to June, Presidential Oaks is gearing up for another fantastic season of music. The popular Summer Concerts on the Green kicks off Tuesday, June 16 and will continue through the end of August on alternating Tuesday evenings. With the historic Odd Fellows Home as a backdrop, the public is welcome to join us and relax on the plush, green lawn in a comfortable chair while enjoying complimentary popcorn and water as the bands perform. read more


Presidential Oaks promotes Marrs to Director of Communications

6/30/15- Presidential Oaks Retirement Community has announced that Krista Marrs has been promoted to Director of Communications and Marketing. Krista joined the Presidential Oaks team in October as Marketing Manager. In addition to coordinating events and managing printed advertising, Krista will oversee all communications and marketing initiatives for the non-profit retirement community. In her new role, she authors all press releases and annual fund appeals, develops the marketing plan, and oversees fund raising events. read more


Fathers are celebrated at Presidential Oaks Retirement Community

6/23/15- The Father Day celebration continued at Presidential Oaks on Monday as the Childrens Center held a Fathers Day French Toast breakfast for all the Dads whose children attend the center. New Hampshire Odd Fellows Home Childrens Center Director Brandy Alfieri cooked the French toast for the guests and the children enjoyed being able to decorate their food with colored sprinkles, butterscotch chips and whipped cream. There were lots of smiles and full bellies following the meal. read more


Presidential Oaks kicks off senior education series April 10

3/24/15- Want to learn about the VA's Pension Program or the latest in gadgets and gizmos of home health safety products? If so, then Presidential Oaks has you covered. Presidential Oaks, located at 200 Pleasant Street in Concord, is offering a free senior education series this spring designed for seniors and their family members to learn of a variety of topics. The educational programs are free and open to the public and will be held in the Presidential Oaks' Auditorium on 2 p.m. on alternating Fridays, beginning April 10. read more


Ryan Tardif named Head Chef at Presidential Oaks

3/10/15- Presidential Oaks Retirement community recently promoted Ryan Tardif to Head Chef. During his 10 years with Presidential Oaks, Ryan has worked his way through the ranks in the kitchen. As Head Chef, he and his culinary team regularly serve 300 meals each day plus an additional 50 meals during special events... read more
