🎄 This holiday season, Bev and John are home, together. John is thriving in our assisted living wing, and Bev is enjoying her lovely apartment in our historic building. They are a beautiful reminder that home is not the four walls that surround you, but the love that fills them.🎄 Their story is a testament to the difficult, yet vital, conversations families have about the future. It is about finding a new kind of home where you can feel safe, connected, and most importantly, be with the ones you love.🎄 If you want to read their full story, visit us online! The decision was made: John needed the support of our skilled nursing community. For Bev, this meant returning to an empty house, a place that was once full of shared memories. The thought of living apart was heartbreaking.Determined to be with her husband, Bev made the monumentally difficult choice to sell their home to make it possible for them to live under the same roof again. With the help of our admissions director, Lezanne, Bev found a beautiful apartment just an elevator ride away from John.Letting go of a house is hard. But the gift of being together? That is priceless. Tomorrow, we will share what “home for the holidays” looks like for them now.#PresidentialOaks #HomeForTheHolidays #SeniorCare #CommunitySupport #NewBeginnings #ConcordNH #part2 ... See MoreSee Less

It started with a fall, a hospital stay, and the realization that they could no longer live apart, or safely in their beloved home. How do you navigate such a life-altering decision? Tomorrow, we will share the next chapter of their story.#PresidentialOaks #HomeForTheHolidays #SeniorLiving #ConcordNH #LoveStory #Part1 ... See MoreSee Less
